Unable to download Microsoft Edge consumer installer (OfficeApps Live outage)

I am unable to download the Microsoft Edge consumer installer. All official download links redirect to a “Service Unavailable” page from officeapps.live.com. This happens in every browser and also fails through PowerShell. 

trying to download the Microsoft Edge consumer installer from the official download link, but the service appears to be unavailable. All attempts — including browser downloads and PowerShell requests — are being redirected to an outage page from officeapps.live.com showing “Service Unavailable”.

It appears that the C2R / OfficeApps Live backend is currently down.

This prevents me from obtaining the Edge consumer installer that includes EdgeUpdate, COM registration, services, and scheduled tasks. The issue is reproducible across multiple browsers and devices.

Please, could you please confirm whether the C2R / OfficeApps Live service is currently experiencing an outage, and provide an alternative method to obtain the full consumer installer?

Could someone from Microsoft confirm the outage and provide a working download method  ,  please
