Unable to change bluetooth timeout after 2004 <see edit>

Hi everyone! Angelina here. This is my first post and a call for help.

I'm looking for a way to help someone fix their Bluetooth problem. It was able to be fixed in Version 1909 via editing the Bluetooth Power Settings in Device Manager. They just updated to 2004 today after having some Registry problems.

As a note, they are using a Logitech DiNovo Edge. But the problem isn't on the keyboard end. Now, the option for turning off the Bluetooth Power Settings isn't in the Device Manager. I have tried updating the drivers, rebooting the system, running various troubleshooters, but nothing seems to work. One moment the keyboard works, then it doesn't, then it works again.

If anyone has any tips on how to find the Bluetooth Power Settings in version 2004 it will be much appreciated. I have heard that it was removed, I'm either looking for a confirmation that it was removed, or a way to find it.

Thanks in advance!

[EDIT]

After going into Device Manager and changing the properties on the Universal Serial Bus Controllers and changing the power management settings, and unchecking the allow the computer to turn off this device to save power box,  the keyboard is working fine.
