Unable to add Work or School Account in Windows 10
Hello guys,
I cannot add work or school account
I get that error message in yellow: cannot find your work or school account, check
your account name and try again later
The red one :
"There is a problem. Possible causes:
Your device is already connected to your organization.
An administration endpoint matching the entered username could not be automatically determined. Check the username and repeat the process. If you know the URL of your administration endpoint, enter it."
I have created a test user in admin center 365 and still getting the same error
steps done:
I tried to add the device to MDM but i cannot add as i dort have intune policy and I'm unable to add it to Entra ID
I tried to remove the old accounts and the cached logins in the control panel
checked the following docs

- At the Settings app > Accounts > Access work or school, when you click Connect, don't type your work/school account in the input box. Instead use 'Join this device to Azure Active Directory/Microsoft Entra ID' link.

Office 365 if installed under a win user account that has admin rights auto logs on when you start the PC
