Troubleshoot sound problems from task bar launches Get Help instead of Troubleshooter

Can you share us what build you're on. I've seen this issue on some builds. I believe Microsoft has integrated with Get Help app and this can also help you to resolve issues. While, you can still open existing troubleshooter using this command:
msdt.exe -id AudioPlaybackDiagnostic
msdt.exe -id AudioPlaybackDiagnostic
We are on 20H2. On the devices that I have tested with, it is specifically 19042.1526.
