Transferring an SSD to a New PC: Windows 10 and Personal Data

I have an SSD containing Windows 10 Student Edition, personal files, and a few games, which I'd like to transfer to a new desktop PC, specifically an OptiPlex 9010.

 

I've read that there's a specific method for transferring a hard drive with Windows to a new computer with different hardware.

 

Can you provide me with helpful tips, tutorials, or guides on how to accomplish this transfer successfully? I'd greatly appreciate any assistance.

    After connecting the SSD to the new PC, use sysprep /generalize to clear the hardware information, or reinstall the system directly while retaining the data partition.
