This is my usage after 2 prompts with the new limits! 2!!!!
I have a custom gem with about 10 source documents and complex system prompt. But I used to be able to get around 10 prompts per session at least. Now just two prompts and im at 80% for 5 hours. I hate these 5 hour windows and the new limits.

Think of your 5-hour window as a bucket of tokens. Every message you send fills the bucket. Once it's full, you're locked out until the timer resets.
