They just casually dropped support for Windows
I remember this was the biggest issue for me when I just started with CC because I was absolutely not familiar with Linux.
But now I'm so used to it that I no longer even see a point in this lol
But it’s still very nice to have.

Having familiarity with multiple operating systems is a real advantage—each has its own strengths, and being comfortable switching between them can open up more possibilities for your projects. Plus, the flexibility and control Linux offers can be quite empowering once you get used to it.

There are many good alternatives out there. You should try some of them without cc
