There is an ad on blue screen of death?
Tryng to open minecraft (and failing) i was met with the blue screen of death, but wait...is that a mother**bleep**ing ad?!

the ad was stuck in vram
Genuine BSOD errors are caused by system or driver issues and do not appear as ads. If you actually get a BSOD, it would be a blue screen with an error message, not an ad.
I don't see this on my computer.
I don't think it's fully proven, but HDR content tends to do this most often.
