The Windows system computer keeps blue screening after restarting.
My computer has two operating systems installed on the same disk.
The Razer mouse driver for the main Windows 11 system suddenly stopped working, and restarting the computer did not resolve the issue. I suspected that there might be a problem with the mouse, so I downloaded the mouse driver again on the second Windows 10 system and tested it, and found that it was not a mouse issue.
Then I was unable to start the Windows 11 system.
What is going on? Is there a conflict?

On the Windows Setup screen, choose your language and click Next.
Click Repair your computer in the lower-left corner.
Go to Troubleshoot -> Advanced options -> Command Prompt.
