The Windows 10 Start Menu freezes after running for half an hour.

Approximately 30 minutes after system startup, the Start menu (including system icons such as clock, network, and volume) becomes completely unresponsive and cannot be clicked. The only way to access the Start menu is by pressing the Windows key on the keyboard to execute shutdown, or by switching to another application running in the background. Please identify the root cause and provide a solution.

Perform a Clean Boot: Type msconfig in Run (Win + R) and press Enter. Under Services, check Hide all Microsoft services, then click Disable all. Under Startup, open Task Manager and disable all startup items. Restart and observe if the issue occurs.
