The system prompts you to open Windows Security Center to view your security status
A notification stating Please open Windows Security to check your security status continues to appear in the notification center on the taskbar, and it does not disappear even though Windows Security is already open and the status is shown as Normal.

If corruption is the root cause, this will scan for and attempt to repair damaged system files.
