The Start menu in Windows 11 cannot be clicked.
The menu no longer appears when I click the left Windows key on my Windows 11 system. The combination keys still work, but I don't know what the problem is. I've tried resetting the task manager, but I really don't want to reinstall the system.

Restart Windows Explorer, or create a new local account to test whether the configuration file is damaged.
Try to re-register Start Menu using following command in Windows PowerShell:
Get-appxpackage -all *shellexperience* -packagetype bundle |% {add-appxpackage -register -disabledevelopmentmode ($_.installlocation + "\appxmetadata\appxbundlemanifest.xml")}Let us know if this helps!

You can consider performing a repair upgrade (using Windows 11 installation media) which keeps your files and apps intact, avoiding a full system reinstall.
