The quick access feature in Windows 10 does not have a Cancel Pinoption.
A few days ago, I was researching how to transfer data between my phone and computer, so I set up an FTP. Then I pinned the FTP directory for quick access. Now I want to unpin it, but there is no option to do so (other folders have this option). Does anyone know how to do this?

The unpin option disappears because Windows treats FTP connections differently from regular folders.
