The Easy Access button on the Windows 10 lock screen causes the system to freeze when clicked
When I tap the Accessibility button in the bottom-right corner of the lock screen, the pop-up menu freezes completely, and I cannot select any accessibility features. The functionality returns to normal after unlocking the device and accessing the home screen, but this issue persists on the lock screen.

If you're using a work/school managed PC, group policies might restrict the lock screen's accessibility menu. Contact your IT admin in that case.
Look for settings related to lock screen and accessibility, and reset them to default if modified.
