The computer is like someone is constantly pressing the keyboard ↓.
The computer seems as if someone is constantly pressing the keyboard ↓. When you click on the login password interface, it automatically selects the network icon in the lower right corner. When you click on the network icon, it automatically scrolls down to the last WiFi.

Disconnect all unnecessary peripherals (USB drives, external mice, etc.) to see if any device is causing interference.
