The Action Center showed only useful notifications on Windows 10
My Windows 10 Action Center is only displaying notifications that I consider useful, which means many other notifications from apps and system alerts are hidden or not shown at all. This makes it difficult for me to stay informed about important updates or messages because the Action Center seems to filter out or suppress notifications that I would normally expect to see, leading to potential missed information or alerts.

Check if any third-party security or utility software (like antivirus or system optimizers) might be suppressing notifications and adjust their settings accordingly.
Look for values related to HibernateTimeout or similar, and set them to a reasonable number (in milliseconds, e.g., 1800000 for 30 minutes).
