Text and icons are missing in Windows 10 system.
This situation occurs after using the computer for a while, and only some icons and text are lost, while others are displayed normally. Generally, everything within the app is normal, but folders and menus are lost. Restarting the computer will fix the problem. What is the reason for this?

Clear the icon and thumbnail cache. This is the most likely solution if only icons are missing. Windows stores visual caches to load icons faster, and these files can become corrupted.
