Taskbar is not working well + Dism code and the sfc code is not working
I'm having a weird issue with my Windows taskbar and could really use some help.
The taskbar isn't working right—icons aren't showing up properly, and for some reason, it stays visible even when I launch games in fullscreen. It's super distracting and kind of ruins the experience.
I tried running sfc /scannow and DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth to see if that would fix anything, but when I run them, they don't show any progress or percentage at all. Just feels like they’re stuck.
I've already tried restarting Windows, but no luck so far.
Anyone know what might be causing this or how I can fix it?

Hi,
You can rest Windows by going to search and type 'rest' then select rest with files.
Cons:
deletes all apps
Pros:
Keeps Windows activated
Keeps all files

Restart your PC and boot into Safe Mode (press Shift + Restart > Troubleshoot > Advanced options > Startup Settings > Restart, then select Safe Mode).
I highly recommend you to full scan your system with Windows Security.
If scan founds nothing, then I recommend to perform repair upgrade using this step-by-step guide:
