sysprep

I was working on using Sysprep to create two images, one on a Microsoft Surface tablet and the other on a Dell Inspiron Laptop.

The Microsoft Tablet successfully ran the Sysprep, but the Dell Inspiron Laptop, also running Windows 10, is giving me the error in the attached attachment.

The Bit locker issue is not a problem on either machine because they are fully decrypted, or the protection on both is off.
