Surface Zoom Pinch and Pen

Question

Lately I've lost my pinch-to-zoom/expand ability and my pen has stopped working. I believe that it is a Windows update problem and would like to know others' experiences and any information about a Microsoft fix.

I have had this issue as well, where I will be thinking, and then the ink will disappear, seemingly at random

If I outright, avoid touching the screen with my palm or other hand, I don’t face this issue, but that is an unreasonable workaround for a surface tablet

After a lot of research, I found a Surface serial hub driver error. I suspect that a Windows update the end of last year caused the problem.&nbsp;SirNut&nbsp;
