Stop Shrinking C Drive! Delete Update Junk Now
After monthly Windows updates, the C drive always loses a few GB of space, which is likely due to the accumulation of residual update files. I would like to find the specific location of these redundant files and manually delete them to thoroughly clean up the C drive and prevent it from continuing to be occupied.

You can set Windows to automatically clean up these files.
Go to Settings > System > Storage.
Turn On Storage Sense.
Click "Configure Storage Sense or run it now".
Under the "Temporary Files" section, ensure the option for "Delete previous versions of Windows" is checked if you want that. Storage Sense will automatically delete unnecessary files on a schedule.
