Startup can become slower over time on Windows PC

My Windows PC takes significantly longer to boot up now compared to when it was new, and the startup delay has been getting progressively worse over the past few months. I have already tried disabling unnecessary startup programs and running disk cleanup, but the boot time continues to increase, and I am looking for other possible causes or solutions.
