Speech to text on Windows 10?

Here's the problem. My DNS is installed on Windows 7. I've been told that my version of DNS is conversion 12.5 and does not work on Windows 10. So I'm not even going to try to put it on Windows 1...

You can set up a VM with Windows 7 on your current system. This allows you to run your existing DNS software without compatibility issues.
