If you primarily need speech-to-text for Word, Outlook, or other Office apps, their built-in dictation is often faster and more modern.
- Open Microsoft Word or Outlook online.
- Place your cursor where you want to type.
- Press the WIN + H key. The listening toolbar will appear.
- Start speaking. It will insert punctuation automatically more intelligently than the classic Speech Recognition.
