Space in D drive (Windows 10)

Fist of all, I'm not an IT expert but I'm doing my best to learn little by little as a basic user to get by and solve small problems.

My D drive is BLOATNG UP with Windows Image Back Up Files at unbelievable speed, to the point that it has almost run out of space, and it's now in RED. There are also some other ALZip Back-up Files.

I wonder if somebody can assist/give a helping hand here, please.?

    Run the Disk Cleanup tool, select Drive D, then tick the boxes for Windows image backups and previous Windows installations under System files to clean them up.
