My explorer sometimes looks like it does in the picture. How can I fix this?

If the issue persists, it might be linked to your user profile. Creating a new profile can help identify if this is the case:

Go to Settings (press Win + I).
Click on Accounts, then Family & other users.
Under Other users, click on Add someone else to this PC.
Follow the prompts to create a new user account.

Go to Settings > System > Troubleshoot > Other troubleshooters. Run the File and Folder Troubleshooter if available.

Restart File Explorer: Sometimes, a simple restart can fix graphical glitches.

Press Ctrl + Shift + Esc to open Task Manager.
Find Windows Explorer in the list, right-click it, and select Restart.
Wait for a moment as it refreshes the interface.
