Solved C: Users Documents folder empty
I've run into a situation and I'm unsure how it occurred or how to solve it.
I have my User folder on my desktop (using Desktop Icons) and when I click into that and go to the documents folder I have items within that folder.
In a file explorer window if I go to the Documents folder using the Quick Actions I have items within that folder
However in a file explorer window if I go to This PC>C:>Users>MyUsername>Documents it's empty.

Desktop Icons and Quick Actions show the actual content of your "Documents" folder as stored in your user profile directory. This PC > C:\Users\YourUsername\Documents appears empty because Windows might be redirecting your "Documents" folder to a different location (such as OneDrive, a network location, or a different folder).
