Snip & sketch freezes windows

nope, neither app reset nor download com components fixed it. i'm not about to reinstall windows over a screenshot app issue.
just a tip to the others struggling with this. if you can manage to put the computer to sleep and reawaken it, you will recover your computer's function. on my laptop, i just close the lid and reopen it. on a desktop, hopefully your power button is set to be your sleep command, or your keyboard has a dedicated sleep button.
