Simple way to remove or delete temporary files in Windows 10

- Here my question on the mater (Windows 10 pro my system) temp files the file "Temp" how old temp files is normal chronologically to keep because my current temp files hold at least 6 months and more of that temp files with different series of letters and numbers but everything is exactly the same app "DismHost" in all files the majority of that from june of 2025 to April 6 2026 is this normal so old temp files to exist.
