Should this pop-up on the Windows 10 system be taken seriously?
The system suddenly displayed an unsolicited prompt window. It is unclear whether this involves a security threat, a system error, or merely a harmless notification. It is necessary to determine whether immediate action is required and how to respond.

Avoid clicking on any buttons or links in the prompt until you identify its source.
You're getting this because of Local Security Authority, a core isolation feature in Windows Security is enabled. Read more here:

This is usually because you have installed Apple-related software, such as iTunes. You can unistall it and donwload the latest version from the Microsoft Store. If you don't need it, try uninstalling it and restarting your computer.
