Sharing Access to Google OneDrive

I have a Google One-Drive account.

My mind draws a blank today. I want to give access to that account to another person. What do I need to configure so that we both can access, read from, write to, and exchange photos and short (each only a couple of minutes worth) videos?

    If you want a more seamless experience for exchanging stuff, consider using Google Photos for photos and videos, then share albums.

    Google Drive supports files up to 5 TB (if you have enough storage), so small videos and photos are no problem.
