Screen randomly freezing on Windows 10 PC
Any idea how to diagnose this,I have no idea from where to even begin I have a laptop connected to a monitor which(the laptop supports 240hz(2560x1600)and the monitor 60hz...and up to 1920x108...
Reduce refresh rate: Set your monitor to a stable 60Hz instead of 240Hz temporarily to see if the issue persists.
Right-click on Desktop > Display settings > Advanced display settings > Display adapter properties > Monitor tab > Screen refresh rate.
