Screen Flickering on my Windows 10 PC
I am getting persistent screen flickering on my Windows 10 PC, where the display rapidly blinks, dims, or shows horizontal tearing lines at random intervals, regardless of whether I am browsing, gaming, or working on static documents. This issue occurs with both my integrated graphics and dedicated GPU, and I have already tried updating drivers, adjusting refresh rates, and disabling adaptive sync, but nothing has resolved the constant flashing that makes my system nearly unusable.

Some applications enable hardware acceleration, which can cause flickering. Try disabling hardware acceleration in browsers and other apps.
