The systemreset command (or systemreset.exe) is designed to run the Windows Reset procedure.
Typically, it only works on the current Windows installation (usually the C: drive), because it’s meant to reset/refresh the OS.
It cannot be directly run on a secondary drive that is not the active boot drive or doesn’t contain the running OS.
