Restart loop! I need Help
Does anyone know what is going on? Bought an HP victus used off of marketplace, it ran fine when I got home but couldn't download amd adrenaline. Read somewhere that solution was a factory reset...
Based on dozens of similar reports with this specific model, the factory reset tool on HP Victus laptops (especially when trying to wipe the drive completely) is prone to corrupting its own installation files. This is usually a software glitch, not a hardware failure.
