Reporting Feedback using Feedback Hub app in Windows 10 is always a good idea

What I mentioned was Feedback Hub is not the replacement for solution but it is additional steps. I will first share my solution and then ask them to send a feedback but sometimes it is a bug and would required investigation and in this case the only way is to file a report. Like you say it is not a two way communication but it gives data and insight to make it smarter. Not every user set to send all data to Microsoft and Feedback Hub is a good way to make sure feedback will be sent to the Windows team and others with the same issue would be able to upvote so it goes to priority.

But people don't want to take extra steps (they're fed up with Windows issues, they don't have confidence in the Feedback Center – because they don't see support and feedback gathers time and it's complicated – persuading them to do extra is just annoying for them!

Like I said we help them to solve the issue AND ask them to submit a feedback.

I am trying to show that your behavior does not lead to the intended effect - because the Application Feedback Center unfortunately has a lot of flaws and can not be properly used by people who can no longer configure the repair themselves and take the next steps to restore the proper functioning of the system. I do not criticize your way of proceeding! For me, just this tool doesn't work, it's not effective for Microsoft teams, they're not properly communicated as reviews that don't include the right Windows app. I wrote a very often before and I tell my experiences, previously it was possible to participate in improving the language versions for the system also participated in this = but as my fixes saw in the new version of the system I knew that it works and actually participate in something important for everyone. Currently, I have a lot of doubts and I want to improve this feedback formula even machine-based evaluation of the value of submitted reviews would encourage users to get involved! - I got your point, however sharing idea through the Feedback Hub is what Windows team encourage users to do so. You might not have seen any impact or improvement but I did. For example, I have been helping number of devices to solve their problem and once they have been fixed, they thank me for that and I help them to submit a valuable feedback.
I understand your point and experience with the Feedback Hub app and because I am not the product manager for the Feedback Hub, I couldn't comment on it. I hope someone from Windows team would review this question and provide some answers.
