This error (0x800f0922) usually means Windows can’t access update files or your recovery partition is too small/corrupted; since you’ve tried the usual fixes, try temporarily disabling third-party security software, ensure .NET is enabled, and as a last resort, do an in-place upgrade/repair install using the latest Windows 10 ISO.
