Unpin from Taskbar
Right-click on the Terminal icon in the taskbar.
Select Unpin from taskbar.
Re-pin Terminal
Open the Start Menu by clicking on the Start button or pressing the Windows key.
Type “Terminal” or “Windows Terminal” in the search bar.
Right-click on the Windows Terminal app.
Select Pin to taskbar.
Method 2: Reset the Icon Cache
If you're experiencing issues with the icon itself, you may want to clear and reset the icon cache.
Open Command Prompt as Administrator
Right-click on the Start Menu and select Windows Terminal (Admin) or Command Prompt (Admin).
