Windows regularly changes the time by one minute: what can I do?
yun-sub_byun We didn't solve the problem, but we got around it. As we're the software publisher, we've made a modification so that the software uses its own clock for critical moments, so that time shifts don't harm processes.

We have many computers that are the same
The same problem was found on three PC.
I think there will be more of the same computer, but I couldn't check it.
I'm currently using Windows 7 32Bit.
You and the OS version are different, but I don't think it's a problem with the OS
