Problem driver camera

I have download the OEM windows 10 ( with the program MediaCreationTool22H2) and instal again windows 10 drivers and update (and keep my files and programs) but it doesn't work. I have still black screen with camera. No error message with the camera.
I have the same problem with my MSI latop.
Could you help me please. Thank you
Does the Device Manager can properly identify the camera hardware? And what's the exact model of your device?
