Suggest you to download the latest camera driver from the OEM website to retry.
I have download the OEM windows 10 ( with the program MediaCreationTool22H2) and instal again windows 10 drivers and update (and keep my files and programs) but it doesn't work. I have still black screen with camera. No error message with the camera.
I have the same problem with my MSI latop.
Could you help me please. Thank you
- Does the Device Manager can properly identify the camera hardware? And what's the exact model of your device?
