But if the tests confirm that computers with lower performance will work correctly in a Windows11 environment, then Microsoft will change this list - I assure you!
I have one computer that has Skylake (6th gen) that runs Windows 10 well, and meets all the requirements of Windows 11 on paper. I imagine there are currently a ton of Skylake computers out there as well (such as Thinkpad T460/470 series). If they just arbitrarily draw the line at Coffee Lake and above, there would be ton of angry users.
Really, microsoft will have to analyze it - because manufacturers would be excluded, computers already produced would be useless!
