SumitDhiman  I posted (as attachment) the results of running the batch file.  Have you had a chance to look at it?

      A bit late, but I stumbled on this same issue.

       

      From the script tool, all files paths were indeed blank, but if I opened up a humanreadle file mentioned in the following path: "C:\$WINDOWS.~BT\Sources\Panther" and searched for Virtualbox within that file, I found out it was actually a Linux Boot USB creator tool which contained the virtualbox. 

       

      After I uninstalled that tool, everything went OK for the upgrade.

        you saved my day

        uninstalling Linux Boot USB creator cleared the way for Windows 11

        I am over to Ubuntu for my privacy, but I like to keep the Windows partition up to date
