daedmunds Thanks. This is why I am not a fan of 3rd party antiviruses. The file is from Microsoft although a command executer.
Nevertheless, let us try something else. Do you remember installing any Emulator like Bluestacks?
SumitDhiman Nothing like that. This is an off-the-shelf PC. Owners aren't developers, just end-users.
