[Question] Is there an API/Library of the system that allows to modify the output video in RDP?

Dear community,

We are working on a securization project for workstations in the world of Media Entertainment and we wondered if there is any system library or API that allows us to change or modify the video signal of the system both physical device (HDMI, DisplayPort etc.) and through RDP connections.

Do you know the existence of any component within the Windows development architecture that allows us to do this?
