Profile Photo Windows 11 hybrid syncs to all O365 apps
How come account photo changed on a Windows Clients as in Windows 11/10 hybrid HAADJ is updated to O365 and all connected apps ??
Photo is updated using settings on the WIndows 11/10 Client and after few minutes the same photo is updated on O365 and all connected apps why ???
What if the users wants to have 2 different photo one locally limited to the Windows Client and one to be used on O365 ???

This is by design, as Windows accounts sync with Microsoft accounts. To use different photos locally, create and sign in to a local account instead of a Microsoft account.
