Profile connected to a Microsoft account reset settings after each reboot

Hi,

I have a connected profile to a Microsoft account and after each reboot I lose all settings. taskbar setting, mapped drive, browser settings...

I don't have the problem if I create a local account of losing the settings. It's as if when connecting to the Microsoft account, there are errors getting back the settings to that computer. I have other computers connected to this Microsoft account that are in Windows 11 but don't have this problem.

Here are the stuff I tried, to fix this:

- rebooted a couple of times (and testing by creating a shortcut and putting it in the taskbar) but as soon as i reboot change lost

- tried to erase the profile and let windows recreate the profile but the problem with the lost of settings still persist.

- done sfc /scannow and DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth the problem with this account still persist.

It does this only to this computer and this account that is connected to my Microsoft account.

How can I fix this, I wanted to prepare my old computer cause I will upgrade it to WIndows 11 soon.
