Problems with Apple Music on Windows 10 PC

Hey everyone, I was wondering if anyone else has this same problem I have.

I am on Windows 10 PC and my apple music app has stopped functioning completely. I can open it but everytime (normal, run as administrator, through the browser) this window comes up and i have to quit. The old apple music app has also stopped functioning. This came out of nowhere and I have no idea what it could be; I've tried reinstalling it multiple times, checking windows updates but nothing helps. What confuses me the most is that I have a windows 10 laptop running the same windows version and apple music works fine on there.

Does anyone perhaps know what's up?

Specs: Apple music is on the latest version (1.1540.23041.0), Windows 10 Version 22H2
