Problem driver camera
Hello,
My camera don't work each time i have black screen but there is a light at the camera.
I have error :
I have uninstalled the driver, restart computer, erase the camera restart computer, repair windows 10 and nothing work. there is no driver on website Asus. I have the same problem with my other latop MSI.
Could you help me please, i found no solution. thank you.

I have download the OEM windows 10 ( with the program MediaCreationTool22H2) and instal again windows 10 drivers and update (and keep my files and programs) but it doesn't work. I have still black screen with camera. No error message with the camera.
I have the same problem with my MSI latop.

- Does the Device Manager can properly identify the camera hardware? And what's the exact model of your device?
- If you check with Device Manager, is there any error code for the camera driver currently installed?
