Printing PDF's has stopped working?

Hi,

Up until last week, I was printing downloaded PDF's from purchased files online, they had always been perfect, the "printing setup" was straightforward, the only interaction required me to custom the page number, rather than print out the whole however many pages to the PDF there was. No margins or any size of paper etc., all handled through my Smart HP Printer which I use via wifi, so they can monitor my ink requirements, so it is on all the time.

Suddenly a company's PDF I have used before started printing out 5 times the size of the page needed? No matter what size you decreased it to on the print screen (it is set at 100% always has been) it had no bearing on what came out of the printer which of course could be head and shoulders or half a body, depending on how large it decided to go. Have Microsoft done some update or the other whereby we are now supposed to change it manually each time? Adobe Acrobat could sort it either, actually no help at all; I have no idea what the sizing is as I have never had to touch the settings? How am I meant to  rectify this when it has never been a problem for the last 9 years I have been printing off my pictures bought on line.  Today and yesterday was spent all the time, trying to figure it out, until I realised it wasn't getting any better and neither was my patience.  Please help, thank you.  Molly new memmber

Please try setting the Page Scaling option in the print settings to Fit to Printer Margins or Shrink to Page
